Bankrupt Cosmolab was acquired by Schwan-Stabilo through its All4 Cosmetics Inc. subsidiary. A purchase price was not disclosed. Cosmolab will continue to make cosmetics pencils at its Lewisburg, TN facility, and it is expected to have total revenues of $40 million this year, according to Schwan-Stabilo. Schwan-Stabilo is a private-label cosmetics manufacturer for a variety of companies, including Revlon and Chanel. It is part of the Schwan-Stabilo Group, which includes writing instruments...
